Nana Bambi's — Ragay Farm-Gate Hub

F. Simeon / Pugod, Ragay, Camarines Sur, Bicol
Preparations underway — hub, café, panaderia, market & spokes launching 2027
Family-built • Community-first • Farm-to-table • Local jobs & clean food

The Short Version

What is Nana Bambi’s?

Nana Bambi's is a farm-to-table community enterprise being built in Ragay, Camarines Sur, Bicol. It is a family-owned hub — a café, market, bakery, butcher, feeds depot, and delivery network — all under one roof, serving one community.

We grow it, raise it, make it, and sell it. No middlemen. No franchise. No corporate supply chain. Local farmers sell at our gate. Local staff run the spokes. Local families eat the food. The money stays here.

Named in memory of Alejandro — a builder who believed in creating things that last. Owned by Aileen Mulkerrins (CEO). Founded by Aidan Mulkerrins. Filipino-led. Family-built. Community-first.

From the Founder

Seventy years ago the world felt more even. People cared for the land and each other. Tech was meant to make life easier for everyone — not just those who profit most.

We're using it that way again: clean tracking, fair credit, two-way runs, refills, no plastic waste. So farmers sell direct, families eat better, and the wheel turns for Ragay, not against it.

That's the only goal.

In Memoriam

In loving memory of Alejandro.

From the Founder

I did not have as many years with Alejandro as I would have liked, but the time we shared left a deep impression on me. He was a passionate builder and designer, a man who believed in creating things that would last. He carried a quiet determination to always improve what was around him.

When I married his eldest daughter, he welcomed me into his family with open arms. From the beginning he believed in me and trusted me to care for the people he loved most. That trust meant more than words can express.

We often spoke about land, about building something meaningful, and about using what we had wisely. He would say, “We have land — we just need to use it well and build something great that will last for the next generation.”

I believe that drive came from his desire to give his family the best life possible. Everything he worked for was for those who depended on him.

This project carries that spirit forward. It is built on the same belief: that with care, patience, and teamwork we can create something that will stand long into the future.

So here we go, Papa.
Let’s give it a go.
